Well recently I was told a trick to do just that to any chocolate chip cookie recipe! It's too good to keep to myself, so I thought I would fill you in... ready?
Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
Yep, that's it! Just add about 1/4-1/2 cup of instant vanilla pudding mix to your regular chocolate chip cookie recipe and they will turn out softer, sweeter and plumper than you've ever seen your cookies be before! Amazing! And the bonus? One package will do about three batches of cookies so you can just keep it in a ziplock in the cupboard to use when needed!
